White Buffalo Lodge is a large log cabin in the Northwoods of Minocqua, Wisconsin. This is designed to create an intimate retreat for women/all to come together to feel it all. We will practice yoga, ceremony, pray with the elements, nourish our bodies, soak in hot tub, and explore the sacred land.

This retreat will be designed to reclaim the inner knowing of our spirit. We will use Yoga, Meditation, Mantra, Ritual, Earth Medicine to bring us closer to who we are and meant to live in this lifetime. 

We honor the stories of our ancestors. The stories that have been held tight in the womb, stomach, and throat.

It is a time of release and acknowledgement of our lives....lived.
